We've spent 17 years perfecting our craft, and these rules ensure we can continue providing the comfort you deserve. How can we ensure a fair experience for everyone? 1. Purchase Rights & Orders
When you place an order for a Zephyr Dreams pillow, you'll receive a confirmation email. This doesn't mean we've accepted the order yet. We're verifying availability and payment details first. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of pillows per customer to ensure everyone gets a shot at a restful night.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Our team at 717 Ashford Street works tirelessly to dispatch your comfort essentials promptly. While we're based in New York, we ship across the USA. Delivery times are estimates—sometimes the couriers get caught in the rain. Don't worry, you'll get a tracking number as soon as the package leaves our facility.
Returns & Refunds
Not satisfied? It happens. We offer a 30-night sleep trial on all standard fill pillows. If your neck support isn't perfect, you'll have the option to return it for a refund or swap it for a different density. Please note that for hygiene reasons, pillows must be returned in their original protective covers. Have you ever wondered why we're so strict about hygiene? It's for the safety of our entire community.
